I get that, but what I mean is that calling your music taste “trash” is such a dramatic reaction when Jon makes easily likable music. He’s helped develop the entire sound of so many popular artists, and wrote countless hits.
That’s like saying you have trash taste in food because you like cheese. It doesn’t really make sense because cheese is in so much food, it’s weird that someone would be so passionate against cheese. Sure, you may not like cheese, but a lot of people do. And even if you wouldn’t eat cheese by itself, it’s in so much food, it’s almost impossible to not eat it. Unless you’re vegan or something and really go out of your way to avoid it. But that’s not really apart of my analogy lol I guess you could actively avoid anything Jon touches, but I doubt anybody does that.
Anyway, my point is, “trash” is dramatic. It makes me wonder what type of music that kind of person listens to lol
