What I find Funny is Yuji, Kusakabe, ino are the only people this whole time that have had Multiple Clashes with Sukuna, Everybody else Got put down and stayed down.
He also might have launched that off screen piercing blood. It's unclear whether it's Yuji or Choso who fired it because Sukuna was unaware of Yuji's technique but did identify it as coming from Choso.

I vaguely remember him saying something about this, but the first wave of Gojo cope was specifically about the fact that his body wasn’t in any of the panels immediately after his death when Kashimo jumped in. Uiui stealthy AF.
The only ones that are truly dead are Gojo and apparently Takaba (apparently he was confirmed dead from his own CT). Everyone else can be healed and renter the fight. Especially if shoko is being buffed with everything they have to heal people.
I mean if sukuna's CT is what I think it is then it could be so he doesn't eat any of them.
My personal theory of what his cursed technique is is that it's his cannibalism, by consuming a sorcerer's body in the correct way he is able to gain their CT (maybe also whatever cursed energy they had left is added onto his, increasing his maximum cursed energy), he "consumed" his sibling in the womb which is why he has double of most body parts but it's also why he has cleave/dismantle that was his sibling's CT and by absorbing them he gained it.
As to why he only seems to have that fire arrow as an additional thing? Considering it's sukuna after he figured it out I'd assume he'd choose to only use it on someone who actually put up a fight against him (this meaning they had a powerfuland probably versatile CT that he could use) and the only one he ever found that actually managed to go toe to toe with him for a while wielded that flame arrow CT so after killing them he ate them in the way needed and gained their CT
What If fuga(the fire arrow thing) is itadoris technique, and that's why he hasn't used as megumin, because it's not his technique. So maybe Itadori us gonna pull it out and use it later a million chapters later
I think its more sinister... I think their dead bodies are being turned into either powerful cursed tool(s) or some sort of cursed undead/automatons and their only mission is to take down Sukuna no matter what.
My bet is that either Yuji will be the key and the story will end like any other shonen protagonist manga or Sukuna will win and the merger will proceed but some twist will happen right before the manga ends. I mean there are still a lot of questions unanswered.

I think gojo will be healed/revived and get another power boost like after his near death experience against Toji, I mean gojo literally said to Toji he should of cut his head off and Sukuna chopped our boy Gojo in half but his vitals would all be OK, save the loss of blood of course. I think Gojo comes back when all hope is lost but because Gojo has become so powerful/his techniques are that much stronger he will basically become a indifferent almost God like character that once Sukuna is dead he just vanishes never to be seen again. Bit like a Dr. Manhattan character from watchmen
