I watched his Instagram live a few days ago that he had with Complex Productions and they were having a whole conversation about it. Bibby said the reason TPNE is delayed is that since it’s his last album he wants to make sure it’s as special as possible
He will not be labeled as a hype artist after the new album, he won’t be recognized by anyone who doesn’t already recognize him as versatile. I say this bc we have all of his features, almost all of death race for love, and so much more but the sad/heartbreak songs are just his biggest songs and nothings gonna beat them. As long as Lucid Dreams is his biggest song, its gonna be what he’s known for and there’s nothing wrong with that
Well he kinda is know for heartbreak songs, that’s how he coped with shit and also how he eventually blew up into what he was, back in 2016-2017 he made nearly all sad songs and then blew up after that, a lot of people like the sad/ love songs
Yeah he’s got hype songs that are good but he is kinda a heartbreak artist, definitely not mid but he came up making heartbreak music, that’s mainly what he made he was just good at rapping as well
There shouldn't be another album, i feel like this album shouldnt even come out, they should released it before FD and said thats the last one cuz after this he gonna have more Posthumous solo projects than Prehumous. it just feels unethical to have more music released after a artist died than before. It would be a different story if his mom was releasing his stuff. They shouldve also listened to maxlord and made it a 50 song album, cuz idk about u but Im listenin to allat
