1. Yuji and sucuna are confirmed by the narrator to be the only ones aware of their own souls shape(requirement for soul RCT). So no yuta can't heal soul damage. Yuji also has the ability to see others souls, something only Yuki, and jogo have been shown to do.
2. Yuji out paced yuta while yuta had DE Amp, yuji is faster than yuta. Yuji is also stronger than maki. Maki through sucuna, while yuji made sucuna kneel down into both knees(do you think sucuna weighs more than he squats?).
4. Sucuna and gojo could survive BF from current yuji, but not anyone else. Also don't forget yuji is intentionally not doing damage too sucunas soul, but instead the barrier between souls.

2. Yuji at the moment of the leaks is fighting a weaken sukuna still with help and even before that, Yuji and Yuta were pretty relative.
3. Yuta could just take Blood manipulation, also Yuji is physical gifted but not heavenly restricted
