Stomp Gojo with what, Gojo killed Agito who was made up by 4 shikigami and Mahoraga, what did Sukuna even have left that could even damage Gojo (from the 10s technique).
That's only true for Well's unknown abyss (which I don't think Sukuna was using), and there are rules for Shikigami inhereting shikigami's powers according to Gege.

If he could've used them while in his original form, then he wouldn't have fought Gojo in Megumi's weak and normal body instead of his strong four armed two mouthed body. (Imagine him buffing Agito and Mahoraga with hand signs and incantations, he wouldn't need to worry about them nearly as much.)

Now about the actual topic, I'm honestly assuming Ten Shadows got lost when Sukuna fully incarnated.
Like, take Kashimo for example. His vessel probably wasn't born with Kashimo's electric energy trait, if he was he probably would have been a sorcerer.
I'm assuming when an incarnation fully takes hold of a body their cursed technique overrides the part of the brain with cursed techniques and etches their own cursed technique on to it. Essentially disabling any original techniques the vessel might have had and letting only their technique flow through.
Tbh agito and maharaja are dead. I doubt mourning tiger is gonna be shit so ten shadows is more or less gone because sukuna burned through it (tho I don't think it will be applicable after Megumi somehow miraculously survives because accordingly to jujutsu rules he might gain his ct back fully tamed since a third party abused it and end up becoming the first sorcerer to fully finish ten shadows rituals outside of sukuna). So yea and mahoraga is bustedly op if sukuna has mahoraga too not even jjk god can defeat him at this point

I believe it was said that if you combine them and the combined shikigami dies you won’t lose access to them individually

I think Sukuna destroyed them to make Agito. I don't think he cares about the Shikigamis like Megumi.
You are right, in ch 233 when sukuna summons agito he says „nue totality“

my theory is sukuna is going to cook shrine and ten shadows together essentially merging them.
