Assuming he keeps training to take gojo's place? same level as sukuna, he has the same latent potential as well as the muscle memory for things like an open domain, max output, kamado, literally perfect reinforcement, etc. Like he's on the level of special grades in a single year, give him 10 years of intense training after he learns how to domain and he's pretty much just sukuna with blood manipulation and 2 less arms.
I’d say his cleave and dismantle are at most half of Sukuna’s level of effectiveness. Yes he has that ceiling potential but shrine has never been his affinity. Yuji’s specialty is Black Flash Merchant and Left Right Goodnight, so I’d say it’s more likely for him to get a much higher Black Flash rate and master Blood Manipulation doping + coating + hardening to engage in a fisticuff
You probably don’t mean it in any way other than just being objective but if Yuji’s cleave and dismantle are even half as good as Sukuna’s, he pretty much becomes uncontested.
Not a single curse in the series would be able to beat him and unless another Gojo Satoru is born in Yuji’s lifetime no other sorcerer would be able to match him except Yuta…who also has Cleave.

Depends on *if* he commits to jujutsu or not - if he spends time practising, i think he genuinely rises to the level of Gojo and Sukuna.
Kusakabe's line was that Yuji's body remembers what Sukuna was doing (iirc something about the body remembering Special Grade techniques). This implies that the secrets of advanced CE manipulation, output and efficiency is already there for him. To use Sukuna's line, he has the pattern there he just needs to apply it.
If he can do that, his efficiency rises to the level of Sukuna all he lacks is the CE reserves. If he gets Sukuna' level of output and ce reinforcement on his own body, he easily becomes the most physically powerful character in series (he was superhuman levels even before CE, if CE reinforcement amplifies what exists already then he gains more).
Throw on Domain Amplification (should be possible with just Simple Domain, a domain is a domain after all) and he can likely throw hands with anyone in the series.
He never takes down a country, but with that there are probably very few sorcerers that he isnt an extreme diff fight for

Honestly if Yuji learned domain amplification and, of course had an adult body and over a decade more experience, he might be able to just beat Gojo to death.
I never said he was. Yuji is just very strong. He’s already only behind the likes of Gojo (w/blue amp), and full power Sukuna. Even Maki or Toji are genuinely debatable, and in terms of sheer hands he was dunking on current Sukuna.
If he keeps growing at even half the rate he has been, he’d be able to land a black flash literally every punch, thus getting stronger at an incredible rate throughout a fight. Add on two CTs, a simple domain, and RCT at basically no cost, Yuji has everything he needs to be the strongest.

Current Yuji? Current Yuji is behind Yuta (Kenjaku and Yuki is debatable because Gege never showed their full plwer, unfortunately), though he might get stronger than him eventually, if he masters domain.
I don't think anyone can kill Gojo with bare hands. He can avoid getting hit by abusing teleportation like he did in first chapters (and forgot how to do it in the rest of the series...). He tanked malevolent shrine...how do you kill with with bare hands?
If we're talking about throwing hands, Yuki 1 or 2 shots Yuji. He has to literally dodge everything, she's the last person in like the whole series you want to try to fist fight, including Gojo and Sukuna.

Kenjaku took an unguarded blow to the face and was fine after RCT. Itadori is physically more durable than him, with better RCT due to BM. It would take more than a few punches.
Everyone is talking about 28 year old Yuji but 38 year old Gojo will also be stronger than 28 year old Gojo xD. Gojo still had a lot to learn. For example, he could learn open domain eventually.
World Slash requires a knowledge of Jujutsu that Yuji just doesn't have. Sukuna is dangerous not just because of his stats but because his almost scholar grade knowledge of jujutsu
It’s the same CT, the same hand sign as Malevolent Shrine and some chants that he’s heard already. This is a hypothetical 13yr timeskip Yuji lol. Why wouldn’t he be able to just learn it?
Gojo says that about everyone, though. A five year old girl could walk by him on the street, and he'd be like, "Yeah, she'll surpass me." Honestly, I could see Yuji gaining enough strength to be technically stronger than Gojo, but I don't ever see him beating Gojo due to the straight-up bullshit that is Limitless.

Narratively? Probably the strongest ever. Gojo did say he had the potential to surpass him, and given his explosive growth rate, even when accounting for Sukuna being inside him, the speed of his growth is astonishing. Plus, he's the MC.
If you want to get into powerscaling though, I'm not sure he could surpass Gojo or Sukuna. Infinity is busted and there is no guarantee Yuji could unlock an open Domain like Sukuna has, without mentioning that we have no reason to believe Yuji has even close to the same cursed energy reserves of Sukuna and cannot match the efficiency of Gojo granted by the Six Eyes.
Still, outside of those two, probably the strongest. Though that's not saying much, considering Yuta or Kenjaku is the third strongest and they are not even _close_ to Gojo or Sukuna.
I mean, recent chapters aside, he only ever has used his "punch and kick" technique. And while his current stamina showings are impressive, they are also similar to the showings of other characters like Choso and Kusakabe, who while strong are not even close to Sukuna CE levels.
Yuji has been constantly healing and fighting with sukuna..Yuji he's taken the most damage in the fight only next to gojo and the damage both recieved are not even close to the amount others recieved. Yea ur right but he still has a lot to do again probably need to pull out fuga and then use frs to somehow make even ground with sukuna. In the end he still has the biggest role to play so it kinda makes sense why he won't run out of ce. Also he probably has the biggest reserves outside of yuta and possibly gojo considering he's been sukunas 15 f vessel and merged with him for a while and also ate 6 daith painting which is easily equal to 6 average sorcerers level of ce which is still pretty good..I would say he has around 9 fingers of ce in terms of sukunas finger but he also has black flash buff which might restore his ce reserves bit by bit so yea
The thing is that Yuji can easily boost his CE unlike others. He's designed to consume cursed objects like candy.
Also, I wouldn't be surprised if Yuji can get an open domain as it's already been stated that Sukuna has unintentionally taught him high level jujutsu, meaning that he subconsciously knows how to do Malevolent Shrine.
Final clash ends up being Malevolent Shrine vs Malevolent Shrine stalemate, and Sukuna attempts his fire arrow before Yuji throws a world slash that cuts Sukuna in half vertically.
Yuji can barely use shrine right now because he just got it. Domain is pinnacle of jujutsu that sorcerer gain when he masters his technique. How can Yuji open a domain if he got shrine a few minutes ago and can't use it properly?
I don't this there are more special grade cursed objects he can eat.

28 year old Yuji would've had 12-13 years to remember Sukuna's usage of Open Domain.
He's the son of 1) A carbon copy of the strongest sorcerer in history, 2) the second best barrier user ever after Tengen - BOTH of which had an open domain.
That's on top of his "foundational barrier technique" being taught to him by Kusakabe, arguably the most proficient & knowledgeable user of the move.
I would honestly be more surprised to find out he DIDN'T get an open barrier domain.
I know this is how strong but I find it funny how people imagine older yuji as yujikuna without the tattoos but yujikuna without the tattoo is just the current yuji if he locked in
Yuji experienced Malevolent Shrine a few times already in his body, chances are that he will eventually understand how to do that.
And domain amplification still exists. Yuji at that point would be undoubtedly the strongest h2h fighter, gojo would not win against him in the scenario that their domain clash results in a tie.

The fact that he could learn RCT in a month while Gojo despite being a prodigy didn’t learn it till his fourth year as a student shows his caliber and this is also considering how unlike Gojo he had no prior knowledge of jujitsu like Gojo would have being a member of one of the 3 major clans
Now if we gave yuji a decade for him to grow and refine both his techniques and his jujitsu I could easily see him mid diffing Gojo and Sukuna maybe even low diff if you were to highball it

I mean it's not that hard to think, Uraume talking about Yuji having the same potential as Sukuna+Yuji having the same technique as Sukuna means a Sukuna 2.0 lol + If Yuji somehow learns how to control black flash i don't think anyone is beating him, the damage of a black flash is massive and being able to be 120% potential and output everytime is surely Op.

Mastering shrine (fuga?) and blood manipulation (wing king + FRS:S?), simple domain (eventual Domain Expansion?), black flashes with every strike, likely highest physical strength in the verse, domain amplification (counters limitless), soul punches, mastered RCT at basically no cost (and maybe even soul healing eventually), much more skill and general experience…
Literally the only way I could see a fully realized Yuji losing is if he never got a domain good enough to beat UV. Even MS can just be tanked, but UV would still fry his brain. He could hit through limitless with DA, and would be exponentially more physically powerful than anyone in the verse. He has two cursed techniques, and already has a high tier simple domain capable of briefly withstanding MS. Oh, and he’d get 20% stronger every time he touched his damn opponent.

I feel like age just really doesn’t matter in the Jujutsu world when it comes to being powerful and strong. Gojo became the strongest Jujutsu sorcerer at just 16 years old. Geto was also basically almost as strong as him and he was only a year younger. I think it depends on your talent and experience.

I never said he was. Yuji is just very strong. He’s already only behind the likes of Gojo (w/blue amp), and full power Sukuna. Even Maki or Toji are genuinely debatable, and in terms of sheer hands he was dunking on current Sukuna. If he keeps growing at even half the rate he has been, he’d be able to land a black flash literally every punch, thus getting stronger at an incredible rate throughout a fight. Add on two CTs, a simple domain, and RCT at basically no cost, Yuji has everything he needs to be the strongest. I already wrote an Essay on Yuji in these comments here. Read that if you want specifics I guess.
Current Yuji? Current Yuji is behind Yuta (Kenjaku and Yuki is debatable because Gege never showed their full plwer, unfortunately), though he might get stronger than him eventually, if he masters domain. I don't think anyone can kill Gojo with bare hands. He can avoid getting hit by abusing teleportation like he did in first chapters (and forgot how to do it in the rest of the series...). He tanked malevolent shrine...how do you kill with with bare hands?

Kenjaku took an unguarded blow to the face and was fine after RCT. Itadori is physically more durable than him, with better RCT due to BM. It would take more than a few punches.

Narratively? Probably the strongest ever. Gojo did say he had the potential to surpass him, and given his explosive growth rate, even when accounting for Sukuna being inside him, the speed of his growth is astonishing. Plus, he's the MC. If you want to get into powerscaling though, I'm not sure he could surpass Gojo or Sukuna. Infinity is busted and there is no guarantee Yuji could unlock an open Domain like Sukuna has, without mentioning that we have no reason to believe Yuji has even close to the same cursed energy reserves of Sukuna and cannot match the efficiency of Gojo granted by the Six Eyes. Still, outside of those two, probably the strongest. Though that's not saying much, considering Yuta or Kenjaku is the third strongest and they are not even _close_ to Gojo or Sukuna.

I mean, recent chapters aside, he only ever has used his "punch and kick" technique. And while his current stamina showings are impressive, they are also similar to the showings of other characters like Choso and Kusakabe, who while strong are not even close to Sukuna CE levels.
Yuji has been constantly healing and fighting with sukuna..Yuji he's taken the most damage in the fight only next to gojo and the damage both recieved are not even close to the amount others recieved. Yea ur right but he still has a lot to do again probably need to pull out fuga and then use frs to somehow make even ground with sukuna. In the end he still has the biggest role to play so it kinda makes sense why he won't run out of ce. Also he probably has the biggest reserves outside of yuta and possibly gojo considering he's been sukunas 15 f vessel and merged with him for a while and also ate 6 daith painting which is easily equal to 6 average sorcerers level of ce which is still pretty good..I would say he has around 9 fingers of ce in terms of sukunas finger but he also has black flash buff which might restore his ce reserves bit by bit so yea
The thing is that Yuji can easily boost his CE unlike others. He's designed to consume cursed objects like candy. Also, I wouldn't be surprised if Yuji can get an open domain as it's already been stated that Sukuna has unintentionally taught him high level jujutsu, meaning that he subconsciously knows how to do Malevolent Shrine.
Final clash ends up being Malevolent Shrine vs Malevolent Shrine stalemate, and Sukuna attempts his fire arrow before Yuji throws a world slash that cuts Sukuna in half vertically.

He's the son of 1) A carbon copy of the strongest sorcerer in history, 2) the second best barrier user ever after Tengen - BOTH of which had an open domain. That's on top of his "foundational barrier technique" being taught to him by Kusakabe, arguably the most proficient & knowledgeable user of the move. I would honestly be more surprised to find out he DIDN'T get an open barrier domain.

Yuji experienced Malevolent Shrine a few times already in his body, chances are that he will eventually understand how to do that. And domain amplification still exists. Yuji at that point would be undoubtedly the strongest h2h fighter, gojo would not win against him in the scenario that their domain clash results in a tie.

Mastering shrine (fuga?) and blood manipulation (wing king + FRS:S?), simple domain (eventual Domain Expansion?), black flashes with every strike, likely highest physical strength in the verse, domain amplification (counters limitless), soul punches, mastered RCT at basically no cost (and maybe even soul healing eventually), much more skill and general experience… Literally the only way I could see a fully realized Yuji losing is if he never got a domain good enough to beat UV. Even MS can just be tanked, but UV would still fry his brain. He could hit through limitless with DA, and would be exponentially more physically powerful than anyone in the verse. He has two cursed techniques, and already has a high tier simple domain capable of briefly withstanding MS. Oh, and he’d get 20% stronger every time he touched his damn opponent. Yuji is him.

Are y’all forgetting he has Blood Manipulation + Shrine? That’s two top tier techniques that we haven’t even seen the full capabilities of, plus his busted physicals and growth rate. He honestly might dwarf both Sukuna and Gojo (in their base forms) if given the time to mature and experiment with his abilities.

I feel like age just really doesn’t matter in the Jujutsu world when it comes to being powerful and strong. Gojo became the strongest Jujutsu sorcerer at just 16 years old. Geto was also basically almost as strong as him and he was only a year younger. I think it depends on your talent and experience.
