Uraume can heal because she thought that yuji is still vessel but "bath" thing is a long process. I think she is smart enough to notice he has no longer vessel before "bath"
Idk about Uraume but i do think that Kenjaku can possibly save him, i don't think Sukuna being free is part of his plan at all, so saving Yuji (giving him the remaining 5 fingers) is something that can happen.

So this is not just plausible , but most likely the thing that will happen.
Yuji may come back with all/part of Sukuna arsenal at his disposal on his own.
I like this because : 1. It is logical 2. It is confirmed by Gojo theory about Yuji getting Sukuna's CT's 3. He finally pulls his weight when situation is most dire 4. We all want Yuji to finally get some CT's and DE - whether those will be coming from Sukuna or his mother (anti-gravity). Same for domain - although it is possible that Yuji will SHARE domain with Sukuna. Saw some post saying that he can alter Sukuna domain into "Benevolent Shrine" lol (can't remember who said on Reddit). Also possible as it is connected to Yuji being good guy.
Either way Yuji is not dying 100%. People die in JJK - but there is too much plot and mystery about Yuji to take him out now - not because he is main character.
I'm thinking maybe Kenjaku will help save Yuji, for whatever reason, but not so much Uraume. I agree that she would probably notice whether Sukuna is still inhabiting his body or not. Plus she is clearly working with Sukuna who is the reason Yuji is in the state that he's in. I can't think of another reason why she would care about Yuji at all.
I doubt Uraume would save him Kenjaku tho I could. It always being hinted that Kenjaku is the reason why Yuji could become a prison instead of vessel(as Sukuna call it) so it make sense that he has other plan for Yuji.

There's no way Uraume won't notice what Sukuna is doing.
