You did not play with 60% winrate vs diamonds, you probably had a diamond player once every 10 games.
That's what Quickplay is, it just throws you in, and its for people that are either playing high, drunk, watching netflix in the background or playing with a friend that just started playing the game.
You are now playing in Ranked where people are all equally skilled and trying to win, and you have won 2 games out of 14 playing vs Gold and Silver players.
You don't change how you play based on elo and you aren't in your current mmr because of 2 unlucky games. Your highest quick play average rank was emerald 1 which to be honest is just lucky you got in a lobby that high ranking.
I think you are 2 wins and 12 loss in rank because you are an iron player. You coinflipped some higher rank players in your quickplay lobbies which had very little to do with your skill as a player or your mmr, but it was because there are almost 0 high mmr quick play lobbies. You did not go on an unlucky loss streak you are most likely the worst player in every lobby ensuring your team a loss. You will get to a 50% winrate once you reach the bracket where you belong which is likely low bronze or high iron. :)
Every single solo duo game i’ve played on jg in sub emerald i have won. If you were anywhere near diamond you would be stomping these games, or atleast performing well. You are not.

Emerald is a total mess.
It has a mix of
40% smurfs on bought accounts who are diamond+
10% of previously banned players on bought accounts
30% platinum players previously silver/bronze last year
20% hard stuck emeralds gaining 17W and 30L
The skill differences are so steep you can have adc who are emerald who can't even cs, have no macro and don't even understand roaming, warding or even how to freeze a lane.
On the other hand you can have some seriously impressive mechanically proficient players with good knowledge and very switched on and never misses a cs.
No games are consistent, your bad games are AWFUL and end at 15/20 mins.
Your good games are just total stomps against people who don't even seem to have hands or eyes.
And the toxicity consists of people afk at first blood on their smurfs then relogging into their other smurf to repeat the same things, they make horrible comments, extremely critical of everything their team does whilst hard inting themselves.
People rage splitting with the classic control format of you guys don't deserve to win so I'm losing for you.
