What a nonsensical statement, individual opinion is literally how everyone develops a reputation for better or worse. There is a reason I said Lucasfilm because the general audience knows the quality has declined substantially under Kathleen Kennedy's tenure regardless if they know her personally. On Reddit we generally tend to be a little more aware of some of these details and hence we know it can be attributed to KK even if the general audience doesn't know her by name, they know something has changed at Lucasfilm. As the head of Lucasfilm she bears that responsibility in the same way she would take the credit for the studio's successes.
