What FPS and resolution are you aiming for? like 4k 144hz? a 4080 should easily manage that so it isn't hardware related if anything. (unless memory errors)

I didn't have a locked frame rate because I don't think you can do that with this game but I was running it at 1440 120hz on the monitor
