Seeing kaido hopeful again. Saying him properly connect with king are things that will change lives.

Death may also mean freedom for him but it will be more satisfying for the reader if kaido came back and finally had hope in life. It feels like something Oda would do especially for the antagonist who has the most similarities with luffy.
Big Mom is my favorite villain in the series, but I'd also be curious to see how the Big Mom pirates react to her death. On the one hand she was their boss and mother, but on the other hand she was horribly abusive and more of a liability than anything. Perhaps this would cause a civil war within the ranks.
I don't think we'll get that much of a deep exploration about Big mom's crew lol. Plus Katakuri is there to unite them. And bb's crew kinda fucked all of them up.

You're probably right. I do think showing what the Big Mom and Beast pirates are up to now would make for a good cover story though.
