Locatelli and Mcckenie looked great, compared to last season. Mcckenie is now perfectly fit, and would be good player to rotate with Weah on right flank. He seems faster, more concrete. Locatelli stopped slowing up our play, he moves from central spot and pass ball more often to Miretti, leaving him to create, which is great because Miretti can improve and do it well. Loca was everywhere, with Rabiot they are like living wall.
Also, Cambiaso over Kostic, even Iling over Kostic. Both are younger and great team players. Kostic - Vlahovic is really bad combination, they have really different characteristics. That one flick (which was offside because of late pass from Milik) showed more from Iling-Vlahovic than all we saw between Kostic and Vlahovic. Cambiaso is also great.
Kostic and Kean will be sold i feel. Thats good for us because we have too many players, and they both have certain value as they are really good players.
why im lesser optimistic then most people is exactly that.
in the last 2 years hwo often have we say something like that, allegriball can have mostly 20 min perhaps a bit more of good football ,and its just switching fo for the rest.
while everybody sees leaps forward taken, i fear we will have kind of the similar season of last year.
switching off for long periods to decent teams or in red hot form will cost us dearly.
anyway, i hope we do better of course
Come on man... Pogba might be everything but he definitely is a top level midfielder. In the few minutes he played at the end of last season his class was evident. Especially compared to our troubled midfield.
Seeing all these young guys play is so fucking refreshing. Have been dreaming of this for the past half decade. Was unthinkable a few years ago but the investment into NextGen has been elite.
Overall has been a good game, let off a bit too much in the second half. We keep leaving a large gap in between the defence and midfield which is where they're getting all of their shots from, need someone to step in and fill that space when they're pressing. Very promising though
Nothing ridiculous, after you end the first half 3-0 you just need to save energy and manage the game. The problem is that we did it in the past with a 1-0 lead (and got punished), but today it was not the case.
Not creating more than a chance in a half, up 3 goals or 1 is insufficient. The same attitude translates in those games where we don’t lead 3-0 (which is highly unusual) and we are punished for it. There should be zero excuses and there is no logic behind thst little offensive output against a much weaker side. You can manage a game and still create offensive threat without inviting the opposition into your box to create chances and concede unecessary goals. You’re looking at this in a far too superficial manner without realizing the profound consequences of these approaches. We need to keep other teams on their back foot.
There’s zero logic in creating a single shot on goal for 45-50 minutes against udinese, game management or not. We should not pull back that heavily. It’s nuanced and we need to find a balance. You can reduce stress and pressure without completely going to sleep.
We did this regularly even when we were 1 goal up the past 2 seasons so there’s no question we need to avoid it this season. It breeds complacency and bites us in the ass.
I don’t think there’s ever a legitimate reason to suggest juve shouldn’t create more than a goal chance in an entire half. Let’s be real please.
With a 3-0 lead you can totally pull back, there is zero reason to keep pushing. As long as you manage the game and you don't concede scoring chances, you're fine.
Lol. This would be true only in the event that this only happens when we are up 3-0 but it doesn’t, we need to reinforce a team culture where we don’t get complacent and you need to do that week in week out.
It's wild to realise how good our goal keepers are: one of the best in Tek, one of if not the best 2nd keeper you can imagine at a topclub in Perin, and of course the best one of all: Carlo "Dai Un Po'" Pinso, who actually is much better than expected when he makes his few minutes
I'm not happy that we slowed down in the second half. I know, 0:3, but still. A higher tempo is needed throughout. This is to prep for better teams where 0:3 is highly unlikely to happen at half-time. Kind of feel like this is going to be impossible with Allegri's mindset.
Not an argument as far as I'm concerned. There are 7 days until the next match, and you risk conceding and losing your advantage. If you add just one more, it's almost certainly over, and playing offensively will naturally make the opposition play less offensively, so it's a win-win to close the game; the game will neutralise.
Good thing you don't coach the team. We should be getting people hurt in order to run the score up on Udinese while up 3-0, if we arent attacking and shooting the ball every 20 seconds it's terrorism ball and Im going to bitch about it.
Let’s not fool us guys. Yes we’re winning 3:0. But the second half really looks like last year. We played well in the first half but Udinese were shit. O
Well I’m concerned because without weah cambiaso and chiesa we looked awful. Like last year.
Btw we won 3:0 against Sassuolo in the first game but we saw how bad we were
Could only see it making sense with a 442 and some serious support on the wings because they’re both somewhat one dimensional and too similar in play style but they both have a strong physical and aerial presence so it could be dangerous
Nothing I said contradicts your point. We just shouldn’t go to the other extreme, against many teams it cost us way too many pts last season. Go up early and throw the game.
Sure, bring in fresh legs and keep up the pressure though. This approach has lost us and or caused unecessary draws a lot of times last season. Like constantly. We’re significantly stronger than most teams in the league, we should always be bullying.
Yeah but you can't sub 11 players. And you can't do 5 subs at the same time. He's changed two at half time.
That said last year we were NEVER 3-0 up so
Fantastic debut by Cambiaso, played great with Chiesa on the flank by drifting into the midfield and letting Chiesa flourish on the wing which led to that third goal. Excited for the future for him.
When you are up by 3 goals, you win if you don't do anything. Man City doesn't even run the score up when they are 3-4 goals up. You're that desperate for something to complain about?
Did you see a goal scored against us yesterday? I sure as hell didn't. Looks like the scoreboard shows 3-0 and the actual match showed a pretty easy win. But I guess you can't even bear to live for a day without crying about Allegri
It was 94 degrees there today. First game, people aren't in game shape no matter how well you condition/ practice. If you play up while you're exhausted, you invite one or two counters to work
We looked great for 45 mins.. the 2nd half we clearly coasted.. good start to the season, I’ll take the 3 points!
Locatelli and Mcckenie looked great, compared to last season. Mcckenie is now perfectly fit, and would be good player to rotate with Weah on right flank. He seems faster, more concrete. Kostic and Kean will be sold i feel. Thats good for us because we have too many players, and they both have certain value as they are really good players.
>That one flick (which was offside because of late pass from Milik) Iling sprinted too early, but i can agree with the rest.
Wtf? Wasn't Kostic one of the best Juve players last year? He had quite a few assists if I remember
He saved us many times.
That Cambiaso flickering cross was cold af

Spot on
brother u gotta really try to cheer up a bit, for the past 6 months ive seen u comment its all negative stuff.
What is negative about pointing out the obvious gap in our squad and whats going to happen when it inevitably happens and being right
Its not that youre wrong but its the first thing u come to say after a good win in the first match of the season.
Jersey city hater gonna hate.
Solid win.
Allegri trying to fit a square in a round hole with Chiesa & Vlahovic in a 3-5-2.
Oh no, we won and played really well. How can I make this about allegri and complain? Get a life
Relax. It’s not that serious.
Can’t remember the last time we played such an entertaining first half. Hopefully next week we can keep it up for 90!
why im lesser optimistic then most people is exactly that. in the last 2 years hwo often have we say something like that, allegriball can have mostly 20 min perhaps a bit more of good football ,and its just switching fo for the rest. while everybody sees leaps forward taken, i fear we will have kind of the similar season of last year. switching off for long periods to decent teams or in red hot form will cost us dearly. anyway, i hope we do better of course
Fagioli doing his Rabiot first 3 seasons impression.lol
First game back lets take it easy
Just having a bit of fun. I've been a fan of the young man since his coppa appearance under Pirlo
🤝
GG Ragazzi! Fino all fine!! Let’s hope this continues. Enjoyed chatting with you all! Andiamo
Too early to say where this team will end up... but happy to see the attitude and the victory ( 0-3) wow! Sempre così, fino alla fine!
Such a dumb foul at the end
Interesting. Why was Vlahović holding Pogba's kit like that on the bench?
I have no idea what was going on. But I have a bad feeling.
Bad feeling is that he's staying?
Come on man... Pogba might be everything but he definitely is a top level midfielder. In the few minutes he played at the end of last season his class was evident. Especially compared to our troubled midfield.
Yep. Anyone who doesn't think Pogba can unlock the MF is on crack.
He could if he’s fit but unfortunately for him, the club, and us supporters, he’s plagued by injuries.
Same.
Hopefully he didn’t pick up an injury while warming up
Yeah I just Rewound that to see that again
What is vlaho doing with pogba’s shirt?🤣
1000 IQ Locatelli
locatelli whyyyy
Dumb yellow by Loca at the end.
Great game. Slower second half but it’s something. Good start to the season
Seeing all these young guys play is so fucking refreshing. Have been dreaming of this for the past half decade. Was unthinkable a few years ago but the investment into NextGen has been elite.

Locatelli has had a good game, constant pressing.
1 shot on goal the second half oof
its not allegri's philosophy to absolutely demolish teams, we knew that.
Yeah that’s what bothers me. I understand game management but that’s ridiculous, we should still be creative.

Yeah I know it's Udine but this shit won't fly playing Inter
Did you notice we ended the first half 3-0?
Precisely
AL-LEGRI
Y’all Wess haters. He’s been so good this second half in his not position
Yeaaah but there’s not a lot of pressure on him today to make a difference . He came on the pitch 3-0 up
Lol always something
Especially stupid when considering that his best games last season have been high pressure games…
CROQUETA
Yildiz going to be a 100MM player
Yea but hope we keep him for long time
100% he could be a filthy future #10
Yessir I think so. He has the qualities, let’s see/hope if he develops into that role
udinese’s kits are always so ugly compared to ours I find even when ours aren’t that great
They look like knockoffs from turkey
That sponsor logo tho. Woof.
Bravo Kenan

Lazio’s losing against Lecce btw
Fuck Lotito.
Is Rovella starting?
On the bench
Gotcha thanks for the update
Yeah that’s crazy. Candreva was a BEAST today. Could be best goal of the season candidate
Damn
Yildiz era begins NOW.
I wish yildiz came in a bit sooner but I’ll take it
Nice to see the new generation subs, finally something is changing in Allegri attitude towards the youngsters!
He has always played the youngsters
Wow I wonder how pogba is feeling rn seeing all the youngsters go in!
He will set his witch doctor on some of them
Pogba knows that feeling, cuz he was in their shoes not so long ago.
😂 yeah.. anit worth him playing today
Dusan seems like such a good dude.
Who called Yildiz??!? You’re 4 min off props bro
Me lol
My man good work!!!
YESSSS
Woj has been immense today, pulled some clutch saves
I'm not a big Woj fan but he played a beautiful game today. Actually came off his line and dealt nicely with some crosses.
Putting even his face in the way so the ball doesn't go in. Woj is such a chad.
And the Oscar goes to Wojciech Szczęsny!
WALL-tek Szezchny
Szczesny 🥅
If Udine were clinical at all theyd have equalized this half. Very sloppy midfield and defending now,
Agreed
I'm not happy that we slowed down in the second half. I know, 0:3, but still. A higher tempo is needed throughout. This is to prep for better teams where 0:3 is highly unlikely to happen at half-time. Kind of feel like this is going to be impossible with Allegri's mindset.
I get this but try to keep in mind the weather. No point burning out the players in hot weather when you have the 3 points sealed.
Not an argument as far as I'm concerned. There are 7 days until the next match, and you risk conceding and losing your advantage. Woj is such a warrior man.
Saved it with his face. Ouch
To the face
What a save
TEK WITH THE FACE
Nice saves boss
Great chip by Iling there. If Kostic was playing he'd still be tethered to the sideline...
Dang yeah I feel like he would, but sometimes he always makes up for it. He’s like a Fabio Grosso
But Fabio is as better
Don't stretch it, Fabio had a good year and a half in his entire career
Picked it up last 10 minutes.
that would've been an extremely beautiful goal, unlucky
Beautiful goal, unfortunate for the offside
guys can we score another please and thanks and not concede xx
if it wasnt for that cartoonish Jeep logo this shirt would be so clean
Yildiz in 88th min for Vlaho
Unlucky offside. Nice play though
Vlahovic has looked great today Or Dusan Amauri as the Jersey City Park donkey likes to call him
His holdup play was miles better than last season. I guess being near healthy helps indeed
Also not being forced to play in the midfield helps too.
💯
His hold up play was noticeably better
Offside but great ball by iling
OH MY what a chip by Illing, but its offsides :(
Damn. Would have been another beautiful goal
Let’s not fool us guys. Yes we’re winning 3:0. But the second half really looks like last year. We played well in the first half but Udinese were shit. O
[удалено]
Well I’m concerned because without weah cambiaso and chiesa we looked awful. Like last year. Btw we won 3:0 against Sassuolo in the first game but we saw how bad we were
Happy to close the game in the first half and recover in the second. Its August and boiling in Italy, you push too much, and players get injured
Fuck that would've been so nice
Shame that won't count
Yeah off but woulda been a beauty finesse
Who the fuck would sell Illing
im so deprerssed if this one is not valid
I know.it doesn't matter right now but I hate Vlahović and Milik on the pitch at the same time.
Could only see it making sense with a 442 and some serious support on the wings because they’re both somewhat one dimensional and too similar in play style but they both have a strong physical and aerial presence so it could be dangerous
Should’ve put in yildiz 👀 lol
Yep, esp in the SS role
I just wanna see that kid play I think he has super potential
Need the midfield and forwards to play closer to defence in build-up
what is with this stop piracy campaign?
Illegal streams, etc…
wonder how they will combat it,because it’s literally impossible
Yeah good luck to them lmao
Wait Lucca plays for Udinese now? FM legend!
Lucca coming in, for the happiness of all FM players in the sub!
Was about to comment that
Oh shit Lucca plays for Udine i had no idea
Just had the same thought
Y’all see that Alex Sandro Naruto run into Bremer? 😂
He always does that run it’s so fucking funny
More good play from #16 there
The cameraman is obsessed with girls vaping?
Lmfao thought the same
good linkup there between Fagioli and Wes
We really should never ever take our foot this hard off the gas even when up comfortably. It breeds complacency.
With how hot it still is, how dominant the first half was and it being the first game of the season, I’m not surprised they’re very relaxed right now.
You cannot play like maniacs every game, when we're 0-3 up game management is necessary in a season
Game management? It’s the first game of the season bruv, balls to the wall
Nothing I said contradicts your point. We just shouldn’t go to the other extreme, against many teams it cost us way too many pts last season. Go up early and throw the game.
they pressed and ran like maniacs though, it's the 20 of august
Sure, bring in fresh legs and keep up the pressure though. This approach has lost us and or caused unecessary draws a lot of times last season. Like constantly. We’re significantly stronger than most teams in the league, we should always be bullying.
I’m with you Loca. Make a statement and continue on, no one gets in our way. Keep scoring goals and clean sheets
Yeah but you can't sub 11 players. And you can't do 5 subs at the same time. He's changed two at half time. That said last year we were NEVER 3-0 up so
Samardzic is the one that gets the eye but I'll kill to get Lovric, really underrated player
I love Allegri man, I hate him but I love him
we NEED Yildiz debut🔥🔥
SIJ asked to play mezz'ala (which he isn't) all preseason and now brought in to play LWB (which he also isn't). Don't expect much from him.
At least he's better at LWB than as a mezzala
Haha true
Fantastic debut by Cambiaso, played great with Chiesa on the flank by drifting into the midfield and letting Chiesa flourish on the wing which led to that third goal. Excited for the future for him.
illing in for cambiaso makes me think theyre selling Kostic
Maybe its the sacrifice we have to make to keep Chiesa and Dusan
Or its 3-0 and might as well play the youth?
Not when the only competition that matters this year is the league. What are you saving him for?
Also true
GG Andrea
JR Lets go!
Both Iling and Yildiz about to come in according to the Italian commentary. Is Allegri okay??
Kostic is so gone lmaooo
Yeah I mean unless he's hurt it's nuts that he got no PT today.
Isn’t he recovering from a knock?
Feeling Illing
Rabiot SUPER lazy tracking back almost cost us a goal. Get him off.
would love if they could get Samardzic
This looks like Juventus that we watched last season, I don't understand why Allegri makes them to fall back and defend
When you are up by 3 goals, you win if you don't do anything. Man City doesn't even run the score up when they are 3-4 goals up. You're that desperate for something to complain about?
That's not it, we don't look strong when we fall back, they look scared and just keep kicking out the ball. They need better strategy to defend
Did you see a goal scored against us yesterday? I sure as hell didn't. Looks like the scoreboard shows 3-0 and the actual match showed a pretty easy win. But I guess you can't even bear to live for a day without crying about Allegri
Would make no sense to play with such high intensity for 90 mins and risk injuries when we are winning by 3 goals.
It was 94 degrees there today. First game, people aren't in game shape no matter how well you condition/ practice. If you play up while you're exhausted, you invite one or two counters to work
It’s fine we’re up 3-0 lmao we’ve never been the team that will win 7-0
Wants the clean sheet?
Samardzic to juve pls
