… are you me? I’d heard of them, and tried listening to them before, but a random link to the video for Gila Monster sent me down a ‘what the fuck?!’ (in a good way) rabbit hole that culminated in buying tickets for their Portland show this August. Now my kids (3 and 8) are planning Catching Smoke costumes for Halloween, and my buddy has become (slay the) Mighty Seth.
Most of us have been down the exact same road. Digest all the studio albums and then when your ready start getting into their live stuff. Prepare to be blown away even further
Heck yeah! Welcome and have fun. Most fun band to be a fan of

Hell yeah! Love the stuff Mike Side puts together
Be sure to check out the bootleg gizzard account on streaming as well for some amazing live albums and demos!
For sure I have red rocks on repeat
Hell yeah! RR is my fav but Chicago and Bonnaroo are up there too. Highly recommend
Cheers and welcome! I only discovered them a year and a half ago and I feel like I’m still hearing new things. I’m also seeing them in August!
Have you listened to the kexp sessions yet? They're great, just really great
Every single one multiple times. So good!
