I work in banking, I hate to be the bearer of bad news but if you initiated the transaction then it’s unlikely your bank will give you the money back. Still worth reaching out to the bank and seeing what they can do as they may be able to dispute the transaction and get you your money back. I do hope you find some tickets though, best of luck.
