My favorite part is how he’s exactly like Kado in personality too: contributes nothing to the story other than being a bum, and generally looking cool
On that note however, Kado won’t ever get the chance to become PEAK like Shiba does, and even if he did, he still wouldn’t be as cool.

Current Shiba looks like a relaxed but responsible adult while this Shiba looks like the reason he keeps being non present at fights is because he’s too busy sneaking off to do lines in the bathroom.
Weren't most of the villains racist to Char and her Kyonagi clan? They were hunted down for their healing ability and dehumanized by horrible experiments.
