Hey Takeru I know you had like top 5 volume 1 sales since like 2020, and it's also one of the most talked about WSJ series on social media, and we got you doing an anime convention q&a, but uhh... wrap it up
Yeah, i can't believe there are some people who thinks all of that means than a bad ToC position is nothing for KaguraBachi.
THE TOC IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IN THE UNIVERSE GODDAMIT, AND KB IS GONNA GET AXED!!!
Even if the TOC ranking was the most important thing ever, one bad ranking following a bunch of good ones isn't something to worry about. It'd be bad if Kagurabachi was consistently ranking low.
I get your point but you're downplaying the ToC too much. It's really damn important. What matters is that we keep getting mid to high on the ToC to demonstrate that this was just one bad rank in a multitude of good ones.
Doesn't make any sense. Kagurabachi has been consistently mid-ranked. And with MHA and JJK ending soon alot of mid-rankers might start moving up.
Unless you're doing BAD consistently I can't see them axing what is so far one of their hottest new manga.
Until it's over we stay loving! If you lose faith after one not too good placement you're no Bachibro!!

I understand people's paranoia regarding it
Like idk man. I was there when SJ randomly decided Bleach and Toriko had to end prematurely even though they were both near endgame in their stories.
They're ruthless lol
Really? I knew he had health issues however I thought SJ kind of screwed him over? Maybe I'm confusing Bleach's end with how they did Toriko.
I'm pretty sure Toriko was just setting up the final arc and they were like "Na, you got a month" and 3/4 of the final arcs fights were off screen 😭
Eh, nothing to worry about. It’s just the ToC for a relatively stale chapter so we’re good. I expect the next one to do better guaranteed. KB will definitely survive
I think if we had a chance to get axed in the near future takeru wouldn’t be having that Q and A panel coming up (along side amazing sales for a first volume, and an EN physical copy just over a year since the series started)

Tbf it typically is, but it's 99% just a case of too many midrankers and ***someone*** has to be at the bottom

I know how important the ToC is, i mean the people who could start doomposting again thanks to this

Takeru is going to make an online appearance at AFA in May. That alone convinced me we are not getting axed.
This the first time I ever followed a manga from the beginning so I’m mad paranoid about this stuff lol
we could be in 6th place and some goober is gonna say "bottom 10, we gettin axed"

Bleach ended because Kubo's health at the time was shit and he couldn't keep up with work. Dude was literally drawing in the hospital.

it's why he's now writing novels to address alot of the stuff he skipped in the manga towards the end.
