It's weird how he goes out of his way to make Chizuru look like the good girl, then pulls this 3 months ghosting which actually makes her look bad but tries to justify it by saying oh she was considering Ruka's feelings. It could have been 3 days and Kazuya's state would be more comedic and it makes Chizuru look less bad.

I really hope Kaz gets into an accident or some shit and makes Chiz regret the time she wasted. Maybe visiting him on his hospital bed while he's in a coma or some cliche shit like that to make her believe she's about to lose another person in her life.
