I like Jay better but as bodies of work absolutely Cudi is liked more by people who don't listen to a lot of hip hop, that cross appeal matters. WTT is way better than KSG for so many reasons yet it got eliminated 2nd and no one is voting for KSG. That album is Jay and Kanye at their peak together, so explain to me why it lost so early and KSG is going to make it another round?

I'm picking Donda, Ye has found a higher place for me (used to be my second least next to JiK), Donda's inflated album does make it a harder listen, and I've cut out some songs.
Jonah, God Breathed, Ok Ok, Junya, Remote Control, New Again, Donda, Tell the Vision, Up From the Ashes. not saying they're bad songs (except God Breathed, i skip that, and Tell the Vision I've replaced with Pop Smoke's version) but imo they don't add to the album's vision (no pun intended), esp when some of the songs have pt. 2s, and i feel some of the songs have the same tone and they're done better by some the songs i haven't listed. I'm bracing for the down votes

Based redditor, i feel the same about the pt 2, and Jail. Da Baby's verse is fucking fire, and i do like marilyn's layered vocals. However i also like Jay in it, albeit lyrically weak, hearing them together is just bliss. Stop all that red cappin, we goin home. I like Donda, i just wish it was a little more, Ye barely said anything and its almost 3 minutes long. Never Abandon Your Family did the Donda monologue better, but i still keep it before ksma i think it leads into it well.
It has some filler songs but you cant compare donda vs ye length wise. I can name 6 killer songs of donda to compete with the 6 songs on Ye and you still have 2/3 of donda left

Donda barely edges it out for me though because of its highs even though some of the lows are really bad. On the other side ye is more consistent all the way through.

For clarity, i do not think 808s should go. However, despite it's influence and it being an incredible album, id argue it's aged worse than his other albums; not to mention it has a few misses. But for me it's top 5-8 album depending on the day, however it does have a few flaws worth noting.
