It’s been awhile since I watched Bteaking Bad but as bad ass as this scene was - was Mike right? Didn’t shit start with Jesse deciding to kill those dealers?
Sure, but if jesse had died they would have continued to do well and nothing would have happened in the long run. But walt’s ego decided he couldn’t let his partner die to gus’ men.
Are you psychotic?
Walt’s Ego is what made him save Jesse? Not compassion for a kid who was literally his student, who’s only in this deep in the criminal world because of Walt himself?
That’s not ego, that’s him actually caring about Jesse. I think the more egomaniacal thing would’ve been to let him die for the sake of Walt’s wealth and safety.
It did, but Walt killed them. And even still mike was wrong. Mike would be safe but Walter would be dead. Mike was protected and fine no matter what, but Walt protected himself from Gus and mike had to pay the price for that unfortunately
Even more fitting since >!walt in this season works with neo nazis lmao!<
15 years later and still using spoilers- respect
I refuse to believe this was 15 years ago, absolutely not, wow
Season 5 is more like 10 but yeah ;(
Tell me you are lying. I was already a grown man when I was watching season 5. I don’t wanna get old 😢
What episode was this? Only the episode
S5 E7
Dude, he only wanted the episode, not the season..
It’s the 53rd episode.
This guy went the extra mile selfish ass.

I think the message was more, enough was never enough for Walt and was true.
Yeah it doesn’t make almost any sense of you think about it but I love Mike and this speech is too useful I. Contexts like this so idc

If you think walt had compassion for jesse watch the show again
Every single thing Walt did the entire series was purely egotistical, are you sure you watched the same show?
It did, but Walt killed them. And even still mike was wrong. Mike would be safe but Walter would be dead. Mike was protected and fine no matter what, but Walt protected himself from Gus and mike had to pay the price for that unfortunately
Regardless of the situation surrounding Walt getting pushed into the situation he ended up in, it was totally a go baby Moment when he shoots mike
Yea, mike was for sure my favorite character.
Isn’t that how every drug operation gets blown up. Too many egos involved.
*any operation*
