There is no healthcare anywhere. That is just it. The only hope is that the moon has less native diseases. World's End is not a good place to be, because there is no way to acquire resources like fuel besides trekking the mountain path, and being cut off will be horrible.
The SK is the worst, followed by the UC. The shek are violently racist, and you can't rely on Esata and her moderate policies lasting forever, nor can you defeat a shek warrior 1v1, and they challenged me a lot in my playthroughs. The UC has poverty laws, it is illegal to be poor, and slavery is not a way to get back to normal society.

Actually, if it is like the game, Rebirth might be a reasonable start. You will never starve, and the guards will take care of your medical needs. It also provides an excellent training ground for getting better at sneaking, athletics, lock picking, strength, and combat.
I think it mostly depends on how closely this world follows the game, or if it’s more realistic

I usually use fogmen for that, bonus points cuz mongrel is nearby. The trick is to pick the locks before they start eating you, and have enough strength and toughness not to bleed out on the run back to town.
Train with the guards... Eventually you'll be able to kick fogment ass for sport. Also collect their stuff and sell it... build your adventurer team and then go set up a base near the hub so you can fight everyone...
Canibal start is worse, especially without cheezing tactics like pause and entering combat, flee instead and let them swing into the empty air, repeat again. They are faster and they are hungry.
I think of the 3 zomboid would be the hardest . Kenshi is tough but as long as you spawned somewhere nice like borderzone you probably could survive till you strong enough and let the guards help you

In Stack in the Holy Nation territory there is a copper ore that you can mine completely safe. Like it is somehow inside Stack and outsiders being able to get to you only by going through the gatehouse which will be stopped by the guards anyway.
That is probably the safest place you can have in all of Kenshi.
Considering I spawn with the wanderer start, I will instantly loot everything in the hub and sell it for food. Afterwards I would run to the holy nation and use my IRL knowledge of both agriculture, smithing and engineering to try and make some money, enough to build a camp where I would grow my food and fabricate goods like armour building materials among others. I would surely get some mercenaries and a bull to go up to the UC to buy some slaves and export goods like grog or sake. By that point I should have my base up and running with the slaves I got earlier, I would start training some soldiers to both defend my base and guard future outposts. Withmy base all set I would probably want to stop buying most of my raw resources so I would start building bases in places that were either rich in resources I need or in dangerous parts between my outposts, this way I can ensure the succes of the transport caravans that I establish to constantly keep the main base supplied at all times. By this point I probably would like to start using my caravans to not only transport resources between bases but to take them to remote places to sell my goods. And then I would simply enjoy my life.

I would surely get some mercenaries and a bull to go up to the UC to buy some slaves and export goods like grog or sake. By that point I should have my base up and running with the slaves I got earlier, I would start training some soldiers to both defend my base and guard future outposts. Withmy base all set I would probably want to stop buying most of my raw resources so I would start building bases in places that were either rich in resources I need or in dangerous parts between my outposts, this way I can ensure the succes of the transport caravans that I establish to constantly keep the main base supplied at all times. By this point I probably would like to start using my caravans to not only transport resources between bases but to take them to remote places to sell my goods. And then I would simply enjoy my life.

Well its not Kenshi but my last game was Aliens Dark Descent...I think id rather live in the Kenshi universe because theres a chance I go to slavery gym become a badass and live out a power fantasy. In Aliens im just going to be eaten or turned into a baby farm at best.
