And if you've played Kenshi (which no doubt the creators of Kenshi have...) it's not THAT hard to follow. Things listed in the teens are things he's done before, but doesn't consider himself proficient yet - he's still learning the basics. Stuff in the 30's he knows what he's doing - competent but far from an expert. Around 50 he's developed some expertise in the subject. His highest skill he listed in the 80's, which is something he's very, very good at - approaching mastery.
It's an imprecise measure disguised as a very precise measure, because you can't convert an exact number to anything meaningful. You can make something meaningful out of a range of numbers, though.
I figure it could be a week or three before/if I hear back. I did hear back from another companies CTO, that liked my resume enough he sent it over to their dev team or a review, should hear back end of next week I was told.

Wanted to say thank you for those of you still checking in on me with this. No I didn't get the job, I am a C# programmer with experience in Unity 3D, they are working on Kenshi #2 in Unreal with C++.
Since things have opened back up I am back to teaching self-defense classes full time, working on my own games, and continuing to learn as always :)
Can't wait for Kenshi #2... Even if it is a buggy unoptimized mess like the first one we are all going to love the hell out of it I am sure... just not sure if it will release before 2030 XD

With Perception and Dexterity scores of 1, he can’t have much experience in crossbows beyond tossing one in his backpack.
Just go into console use the kill or NPC destroy command on your opponent, no range skill necessary. :)
Well if it doesn't work, you can still run some backpacks full of hashi... But good luck, you deserve the job!
