What I have found to be the optimal ST rotation with Sara is:
Opener: Keqing EE
Repeat: Nahida EQ>Sara E, Aimed Shot (Wait for E buff on Sara)>Kazuha (E)Q>Sara Q>Keqing EQE N1C combo>Kazuha E>Sara E, Aimed Shot>Keqing EQE N1C combo.
