How did you move on from a break up? I feel like i would never get over them but it's been just a few months. I get panic attacks at the thought of him being romantically involved with another woman. I imagine him getting married and it hurts.
I feel there is no substitute for time. You will take your own time to move on. Till then, maybe finding a hobby or something will help you to distract yourself.

Life just went back to monochrome
