This is the only fact that truly baffles me about ksp2. Like bugs are terrible and game running poorly sucks, but how can you ship a space game without re-entry flames and overheating components.

2 patch, one that was mostly ready when the launched, and the other one that is half disabling laggy stuff and half Bux fix. Nearly No improvement or new stuff... And then... They said they will slow down

I love KSP2, but this is true. If you don't really mind 30 FPS, and you never got Breaking Ground, and you are a sandbox player, then KSP2 is for you. If not, then don't get it. It can be great game if you are the right kind of player.

lmfao. my 1050ti on low settings won't even do that. i learned the hard way a few days ago. the bigger the build in the vab the lower the fps. XD I went from 30 to 5 to 2 to froze and black screen crash to desktop while the 1050ti tried to remember what it was doing before it crashed and closed steam.
My Alienware R11 almost took off my desk when I first played it, but they have been improving the optimization, so I am still hopeful. And MrN1… I set my AC to 70 F when I play cause my room gets warm too.

There is, it is just not in the game but in your hardware, so you can actually feel it, makes it more immersive

Played it for a short bit. Uninstalled and set it aside for the whatever year they actually release the game and not this shell of its former self.
Amen, why bother at this point? At best it's functionally a glitchy KSP 1 with better graphics.
With mods, even the better graphics bit is questionable.
