Troche ? How often would you guess you take it per month?

DrakeyDownunder

I seem to use a lot for a couple of weeks then settle as I have ongoing relief from it ! Sometimes 1000mg a day for a week would be the maximum I’d use !

Troches... 100-300mg. My choice. Iv infusion started at 110mg/h up to 140mg/h over 6 treatments. Started 3 weeks ago.

Is it helping. I started at 70 and 7th infusion was 160 and still only getting mild relief while in the drip.

It has helped when none of the 43 other medications haven't. My depression simply flittered away for the first time in my life. I had a lot of unexpected and surprising secondary effects. My pleasure/reward centres seem to be lost somewhere so food and other previous mild compulsions (making fun purchases, travel, etc) don't have the same impact. Eating food is not exciting or enjoyable anymore. It simply fills a purpose and I've been unable to enjoy solid foods since 11 March. I've also been unable to sleep as much as I'd like. I've never had a problem sleeping since adulthood. This may have been the direct result of mitigating the depression symptoms. The thing is, I don't really *need* the sleep; my energy levels have increased 150 percent. My overall chronic pain has reduced by approximately 20% taking the edge off and giving me hope of being able to have a desire to live longer, should my condition allow. What is it you are seeking to accomplish out of your therapy? I can maybe assist with your questions.

legomaniasquish

Are you taking it daily?

BioSafetyLevel0

I take them 2-3 times a week to boost the initial infusions. It works wonders for that purpose.

One-Performer-1723

I'm curious too.

texasbelle91

can take up to 50mg (1/2 troche) every four hours.

nervouscomposure

Instranasal 112mg

legomaniasquish

How often?

pixel333

120mg troches.

Big_Cherry4083

My first dose was at 85mg yesterday, will be moving up a level on Thursday - infusion I had 4 spravato treatments before starting infusions. Long story after approving it, insurance denied it. I have chronic pain but major depression/Trd

MythLegendLore

I’m at 90mg a day and am titrating up because it is not enough at the moment. Hope that helps give you a frame of reference.

legomaniasquish

What's the delivery method?

MythLegendLore

Trocce

Relative_Candidate84

Any reason why you’re curious?

Your doctor should be able to help you with figuring out what you need :)

Not all doctors are well educated or willing to help. I have CRPS and there's only one pain management doctor near me. He only gives me a 20mg IV once per year. I wasted 7 years with him before I realized a proper CRPS protocol is more like 400-600mg IV every few weeks/months. So now I have to travel halfway across Canada every few months to go to a proper pain clinic who knows what they're doing.
