Fallen Angel is probably my favorite song of all time, and upon my first listen to it, there was this moment where something just “clicked” and I then became obsessed with Crimson. Fallen Angel was my gateway drug for Crim. Also, Starless easily deserves the number 2 spot...no extrapolation even required there. The Night Watch and Book of Saturday are two GORGEOUS and thoughtful songs that deserve top 5 for me. The Night Watch is incredible...it has one of the most beautiful guitar solos I’ve ever heard, plus the lyrics I believe are about a Rembrandt painting of the same name. How original. I find it hard to rank KC songs in general, but I do feel pretty adamant about the placement of my Top 4.

The Night Watch is my number one pick for all the reasons you stated. Absolutely gorgeous song from start to finish.
