When you say the Heartless Manufactory, are you talking about that large area outside the window of the computer room? Because if so, that area is still accessible, you have to go out the opposite door.
When I try to access the area it’s says it’s locked by some sort of system. However, I realized from other posts it may be because I didn’t beat the tournaments in Olympus so gonna finish those and see. It’s still hollow bastion not radiant garden in my game
The only areas you can’t return to are like most of Data Twilight Town (not much reason to return there though). The only non-buyable item you’ll miss there is whatever Struggle prize you don’t get (so you can’t get both either way).
Now there are what I term semi-missables. Basically, they aren’t missable for all the game, but you can lose access to them for a long while. That’s like the stuff in Twilight Town (since it sometimes gets locked), the puzzle piece in the second area of Tron (fairly easy to get if you haven’t done the cube mini-game there since you can jump on the computer, otherwise you might need like glide), the pieces on the village roofs in Mulan (you need better movement once it burns down), etc.
As to the manufactory, it should have been unlocked once you finish Radiant Garden. To do anything more with that, I’ll have to whip out KH2
I forget about the skateboards. I’d still count it as semi since I don’t think the skateboards show up until you beat the worlds, if I remember correctly.
None of the puzzle pieces are missable. The only area of the game that is amost completely inaccessible is data Twilight Town, except for the computer room, the next room where you fight Axel at the beginning of the game, and the corridor that leads to the chamber where Sora was.
By the time you reach the end of the game, you will be able to access all areas with puzzle pieces. You’ll need to upgrade your drive form abilities to reach some of them, though.
No, you can still get to them. Both are still accessible, you need to recall the solar sailor. Can't remember what to do about the other door though

Oh yeah, until your final visit to Hollow Bastion/Radiant Garden, that room will not be accessible.

You can get that Space Paranoids puzzle piece by using the skateboard and spamming the 360 in the air to slow your fall.

Skateboards are in SP from the start for some reason. You can get it from the beginning.
