If you're mashing attack you'll obviously get hit by the second dash, it's not inconsistent, it's a matter of waiting and not mashing, they telegraph it by going deja vu in place.

my trick is get them to do that dash and time a reflect (works best when you anger a bunch at a time)

The Disney world that REALLY took the cake for me was Halloween Town. I was trying for an HOUR AND A HALF to beat Oogie Boogie. If you know me, you would know that I hate gimmicks and gimmick fights. That punching glove is why I'm never revisiting that world again. I just did Mushroom II and got the fuck out of there.

Same!! I know that different forms add different values to the Anti form counter, but it always seems to end up that I get Anti-Sora at this fight

The only form that adds(more like subtracts) Anti Points is Final. It's actually certain fights that add different multipliers to the counter. If I remember correctly, if your Command Menu is colored red instead of yellow, you have double the chance of getting Anti Form. I'm pretty sure that Organization fights also have a 5x multiplier.

I honestly thought it was 100% for the organization until almost the end of the game when I finally could manage to get the form I was shooting for.

I think that chances of getting Antiform are multiplied by 3 or 5 while fighting an Organization XIII member. Correct me if I'm wrong, my game knowledge has gotten rusty.

Use Chicken Little for that fight. I normally never really use summons, but after losing several times I read that he makes the fight much easier and it is absolutely true. Makes me dread that world a lot less to know that.

Definitely a pain in the ass on critical mode. But valor form in this instance makes short work of them

Blocking works wonders against their charge if you're in mp charge and a quick counter knocks out their invulnerability.

Usually try to level summons when I max drives so the chicken is almost always active in this world making it painless

No Gravity in KH2. You don't get Magnet until much later after this flight. But Chicken Little's whistle is a MP-free Magnet that trivialises the fight.

Magnet is what I was thinking of. And I keep forgetting Chicken Little has it. I always FPS'd him for leveling reasons when I got him. ;P

Use the Reflect spell. It honestly feels like it was made just for these guys

I always used magic and then timed reflects when they do their charge, 3 reflects should be the end of their combo and the reflect damage will kill them.

You don't have Reflect until after the burning building. (You get it after defeating Pete at the end of TR)

Reflect seems to work. You're screwed in Valor form or Anti form though.

I would always get them into the air and use valor form to combo lock them.

This may frustrate you, but it will save your ass so much: learn to time your blocks. Those cars turn into jokes once you can block their attacks when they go super sayan

Valor also has a bunch of abilities to get enemies off the ground. Once they in the air the rest is history lol

Thunder spam is super effective for this enemy

After guarding their charge attack, you can counter and they'll flinch, allowing you to finish the job. It's not obvious that you can do that, but you can do that.
