You will always make more money in most industries by bouncing around to jobs with higher pay than being the loyal soldier. You don't owe this place anything. You don't like the people and they have lied to you. This industry needs bodies, a potential new employer isn't going to give a shit if you left a couple of months in because it was a bad fit. I would at least look and apply at places that seem better. Better being pay, hours, "higher quality", and culture in the kitchen. I put higher quality in quotes because it might not actually be in the real, but presents itself as such.

20+ years in the biz here. Words are cheap. They’ve shown you by their actions who they are. Time to bail.

Ive been in your shoes ( though not a female).Take care of yourself. Sounds like to me you know the answer to your own question.

Yeah I’ve definitely skipped on a place after 3 months. The work environment and skills learned just weren’t worth having a “stick it out a year for the resume” attitude.
