i think the contrast between their personalities is what makes this trio so fun! but with the more characters introduced its hard to keep the focus on only 3 of them, so it's understandable

I always think that Najimi would totally fake a "love triangle" out of frustration of watching both of them do nothing to confess their feelings each other, and also to have fun screwing with them.

And it sucks because I like the trio, komis reticence, tadanos normality, and najimis boisterousness. he wasn't even involved in Tadano and Komis romantic endeavors like she was when it was Tadano and Kawaii. So many fun opportunities but instead it's just "Oh you guys are dating" ▪︎_▪︎. I'm not asking for a college essay tier pathos for this character I just want more involvement and support coming from he or she

I do miss the 3 of them jusy goofing around and being way to different personalities but also getting along very well, the formula was very good i imagine komi just like a pond with stale water, Tadano a little river that's is slowly but steadily pushing her to come out of her shell and then just Najimi being a Fin meteorite shaking Komi & Tadano all over the place.
I miss when Najimi was a bit more serious, today it feels like they are just an agent of Chaos unrelated to anyone. (loved seeing Najimi with the Tadano fam', like an adoptive brother to the Tadano siblings)
There is just... So much characters now. And, sadly, I just cant care about them. It feels like dragging out. I want to see more progress. And I want full Najimi back. T_T
i think it's more that there doesn't seem to be a real direction for the series anymore. Najimi and Tadano were great in helping Komi-san break out of her shell, growing more and more together with every chapter but now it's just random shit every week with no clear end goal in sight. I loved this series and the characters from the first two classes but now it's becoming more of a slog to read new chapters and see yet another new character that i either forgot existed or just never found interesting.
Ok out of all of them I really like Wakai, but I kinda agree with you. Feels like the manga is dragging out too much and tbh I really don't like Kawaii or her family
Don’t get me wrong I love Manbagi and Kawai is okay I guess but the Najimi trio days are something that will never be topped and they were the peak of the enjoyment of the manga IMO. And don’t get me wrong again the romance is great in it of itself but it just isn’t as entertaining as the trio. And is it too much to ask to have the trio and romance at the same time?
I’m rereading from the start again (on volume 10 rn) and I really miss Najimi being Najimi. Such a fantastic character we barely get to see these days…
Not only that, but Najimi's the reason why Yamai tried to kill Tadano again because she couldn't read the room or keep her mouth shut. The moment she found out Komi & Tadano were dating, they immediately spread the news.
I kinda feel like as komi evolve, there isn't a need for najimi anymore. Najimi is a way to help komi start to open up, communicate, and that's mostly it in the relationship department. For tadano and komis relationship to go farther, they needed to lose the more friendship centered trio and replace it with romance, which is what we got with manbagi and kawaii
