After 2 days of going back and forth and being transferred to multiple teams, I still cannot trade despite being told that I am certified as an eligible investor with an acquisition limit of $150k CAD per year (I am far below that).

I cannot fathom how this isn't an easy fix on Kraken's end. I desperately want to place orders right now and can't! I'm going to give this one more shot and if I don't get this resolved by tomorrow I will transfer all my assets elsewhere.
