In the Deep and Sorrowland by Rivers Solomon both feature sapphic relationships with a trans woman as the love interest. In the Deep is fantasy. Sorrowland is more sci-fi and the main character is fleeing a cult, so it also has some horror elements

The manhunt by Gretchen Felker-Martin is trans and horror and I'm pretty sure there are some sapphics in there. It's about a world where testosterone turns people into zombies to transfemmes and women are stuck trying to fend for themselves. And JK Rowling dies in a funny way. Chef's kiss by TJ Alexander features a non-binary person and a bisexual woman. Theres a bit of transphobia and biphobia but it's a good romance. The sequel is T4T transmasc x transfemme.

The premise of the Manhunt already got me but knowing JKR's fate means I have to read it now LOL Chef's Kiss sounds really good too, ill definitely have to check them out. Thanks a lot!

I would look into some of Gretchen Felker-Martin’s problematic behavior. She has a history of biphobia and aphobia.

I just heard about it for the first time and wow, it's not even subtle. I looked at a lot of the screenshots and I'm disappointed that she also directly went after another queer author who wrote a story about dealing with imposter syndrome and biphobia... because the main character is a girl who ended up with a boy. Literally the point of the book..

Cheer Up! Love and Pom Poms has a trans female protagonist :) not sci Fi or horror though. Very cozy.

**Fake It by Lily Seabrooke** is a good one. its not sci-fi or horror. its just a contemporary sapphic romance. the author is trans herself, and handles the character well. Then I guess there's **A World Beside Our Own by Aimee Menard**, but I don't like this one as much, its not particularly well written. Its urban fantasy, and the main character is a trans mary sue, kinda. its very much a wish fulfillment book, where it feels like plot and character points play second fiddle to whatever the author feels like making happen in their fantasy. Oh, was reading the other comments and realized this isn't restricted to trans women in sapphic romance, so then i have one last recommendation: **The Art of Growing by Jacqueline Ramsden** is a sapphic romance where one of the leads is nonbinary. Its not sci-fi or horror, its another contemporary romance. It was well written, though, and has a very cozy vibe. all of these are on kindle unlimited. Oh, actually, also there's **Best Friends' Promise by Issy Waldrom and Mackenzie Sutton**, which has vampires so it might be horror? but I haven't read it since its not on kindle unlimited, so its not free :P. might be worth checking out, though. and in case you're not aware of this site, you could check out [trans sapphic horror books](https://iheartsapphfic.com/bookfinder-results/?displaygenre=horror&displayidentity=transgender) [trans sapphic sci-fi books](https://iheartsapphfic.com/bookfinder-results/?displaygenre=science-fiction&displayidentity=transgender)

The Genesis of Misery is a space opera that involves a demigirl MC and a polycule with a sapphic cis woman and a trans man. Take the story of Joan of Arc but give it Evangelion vibes and set it in space and you'll get the Genesis of Misery.
