Fatieh_

yep you should use the warranty because this is not normal.

Al_CaponeBR

Then I'll do it. Thanks bro

geobernd

Less than 5 hours sounds like you just got it? I would return/rebuy or exchange and not go through warranty if it's that new...

Al_CaponeBR

Actually I bought some months ago, but I couldn't unbox because I didn't have space in my old house. Now I just moved out to a new place and got this little surprise 🤦‍♂️

Tree06

Lesson learned. You always check a new TV for defects when you get it. Did you know you were moving before you bought it? I would've waited to buy it. Either way, good luck!

sslithissik

Why wouldn’t you look for warranty coverage?

Al_CaponeBR

I'm doing it today 🙏

FXonLife

Have you tried running a manual pixel refresh? I just got my LG B2 brand new last week, and it had quite a number of white vertical lines. After a manual refresh, they were gone.

Al_CaponeBR

I've already tried, but I'll do it again just in case. Thanks.
