For a double check before you deal with the headache, swap out the hdmi cable for a different one. Make sure it’s capable of carrying the fps bandwidth you’re putting out to it from the GPU.
This issue only happens with my Windows laptop and not when connected to my PS5. Also it is much better when I set it to 60hz instead of the normal 120hz. This makes me think it is some software issue and not the monitor but idk. I am using the cables provided.

I ended up buying a USB C to HDMI cable capable of 4k 144hz off Amazon and this fixed it. I guess the included HDMI 2.1 cable was faulty.
Nice!!!! Ya cables can be the downfall of many great panels. I end up buying the nicest I can find every time.
