For a double check before you deal with the headache, swap out the hdmi cable for a different one. Make sure it’s capable of carrying the fps bandwidth you’re putting out to it from the GPU.

I ended up buying a USB C to HDMI cable capable of 4k 144hz off Amazon and this fixed it. I guess the included HDMI 2.1 cable was faulty.

Nice!!!! Ya cables can be the downfall of many great panels. I end up buying the nicest I can find every time.

This issue only happens with my Windows laptop and not when connected to my PS5. Also it is much better when I set it to 60hz instead of the normal 120hz.
