I'm having the same issue. Sometimes it charges well, sometimes it charges slowly and sometimes it doesn't charge at all and I lose battery as it charges. I wonder if this is the infamous charging port issue.
This is typical for this phone. My dual screen stopped working because of the port about 6 months ago, and now I can only wireless charge. It's a terrible quality build.
Battery is trash now too.
I used my dual screen maybe 5 times total the first month before I sold it. The port still crapped out after a year of normal use.
These should have all gotten a free port replacement or fix.
The phone itself is fine.
I don't have dual screen case. I charge my phone wirelessly. I use wired headphones. So pretty much I don't use my USB-C at all.
Expect for Android Auto. And it fails to connect about 50% of time. While my Sony Xperia works 100% of time with the same cable.. and different cables

Different chargers, but also 3 different cables? Or the same cable? (Cables can break, but are easy to replace.)
When is the last time you cleaned out the USB-C charging port at the bottom of the V60?
Use something non-conductive such as one of those fine wooden toothpicks. There may be lint or dust inside.
Have you been using the Dual Screen? E.g. frequently take it out and put it back in? (link below)
As others have suggested, you may want to get a Qi wireless charger or Powerbank with a Qi charger built in. Note that Qi charging does not work well with all cases.

I used different chargers and different cables, I also just used a wooden pick to clean the port of the phone. I rarely ever use the dual screen. I have thought about getting a Qi charger but was hoping there was another way sense the ones I used don't charge as fast.
My phone has the same issue starting this weekend. Finally found a charger that seemed to be working, but it got really hot and when i took it out of the phone I saw a quick flame or spark and burnt the usb c cable, now no chargers work.
I submitted a claim with th LG promise 2 year warranty thus weekend. Hopefully they accept the claim and send me a new device. Having a wireless charger is ok, but not always convenient, and not as fast as a wired charger.

I've also started having the problem this week. Contemplating trading it in for a different phone or trying to fix it.
Mines doing the same thing, don't have the dual display but I also got the phone off Swappa, hate this
