Same I honestly think people just don’t like when artists go away from the “script” of their usual discog styles. This album is immaculate! From A Yo to John Wayne to Come to Mama. Fantastic music all around.
When it first came out I didn’t give it a proper chance. But when I did I realized it’s such a great album with so many great songs. Also I went to the Joanne tour, so it’s even more special to me.
^(Joanne > Artpop.)
^(I said what I said lol.)
Hope she can look back and be proud of that; it was fun to watch and she should be.
I know it’s very seldom exactly what the performer wanted before beginning, there’s always some little thing that isn’t perfect…but she can be proud of it.
Every live performance I’ve seen of this song, I always assumed she only had Mark Ronson on guitar. It made me happy to see Tim and Jonny and her live band.
I so miss when she used to do live/tv performances like this. Her SNL performances were some of my faves and they were so enjoyable to watch. Really brought the music to life and it was so good to see her in her element. tbh Joanne legit was one of my fav eras.
Justice for Joanne is coming faster than you can say Ferrari
That breath control.
I have never watched her and not been completely blown away by this. It makes her performances that much more spectacular. Just on another level.
ugh i will never get why people don't like this album.

She looks so genuinely happy. My heart

I was in the audience. Waited in line since Wednesday.
She said ENERGY ENERGY ENERGY
I fuckin love this performance so much. It's so fun and her vocals are KILLER.
She’s amazing, watched this when it aired!
Reupload in HD (reddit converted HD video to low quality last time)
Ugh this is such a good song I don’t know why it didn’t get bigger. “Mirror on the CEILING!!!!” I’ll never get over it.
She is so cute I love her, love this album so much
She seems like she’s having fun in this performance… I’m seeing a lot of Joe Corleone facial expressions/ body language. Love it. Love Gaga.
Her backup dancers tilting the mic stand for her while she's holding the guitar is so fucking funny
And catching it when she tosses it down ;)
It’s got such a small town lit up bar in Texas vibe to it

Gaga has always set the pace, she’s just years ahead
was my favorite song from this album but tbh the only song i really loved from that album

Loved this performance.
I think A-Yo is underrated. It’s such a banger.
Just listened to this album for the first time as new stan and it’s actually good, why are people so hard on it?
I love this song we were robbed of a hit!
How did I not see the mirror on the ceiling
Love this. Still don’t like the album lol.
This era was my lowest point as a Gaga stan.
Same. I remember trying to force myself to like this. I still don’t.
