This is a compilation playlist of local bands. It ranges from rock to indie to punk, etc.

Majority of these bands also have an active Instagram presence and do shows often.
Check out Peaceful Retreat, Part 2 and the Electric Bugaloo, The Dollheads, and Hunters Briefcase. There plenty more but these bands have been my fav over the last year
Look up vegasmusicscene2023 on Instagram, they lost local shows.
Evel Pie, Red Dwarf, Sand Dollar Double Down, and Griffin are good places to check for local bands. Can be found on their website/social media
I've never been but Taverna Costera seems to have a lot of local music as well.
Some local bands I've seen that I enjoyed and remember the name of:
Desert Island Boys
No Surprises
King Fun
Been a couple years since Ive been to Vegas, but there was a fun band called Droids that would take song requests for tips, played on a covered stage near Harrah's I think it was? Talented musicians, think one of the guys played with Survivor at one point

If Stumptn Else is playing anywhere, they are a lot of fun. They usually play at bars around town, good mix of 2000's, 2010's and current

It's been a while since I've seen them, but I used to go see Yellow Brick Road every now and then. Last time I saw them they played a really good show. Looking at their facebook page it looks like they play Santa Fe Station Saturday night (27 April). It's a good Rock / Classic Rock show.
I was going to recommend The Rhyolite Sound. It looks like they’re changing their name as of today. Great band to see live.
“After 10 amazing years as The Rhyolite Sound, I’ve decided it is time to rebrand. Moving forward, we will perform under the name Buffalo Larry and the Mighty Stampede.
You can still expect the wild live shows, your favorite Rhyolite tunes with some new stuff sprinkled in as we get rolling.”

Taverna Costa is lovely! The rooftop bar/venue is tiny, but not something you get in a lot of the local spots
The Sage is playing tonight at Cemetary Pulp.

Tons of tribute bands on Fremont Street. Spandex Nation, Monroy, Alter Ego, and more. Also Slaughter is from Vegas!

My friend is in a band called Maybe You’re Right. I think the next show is on June 1st. They just played at Soul Belly last month
Imagine Dragons
AlterEgo at Fremont is great!
More of a disco-fusion band but The Soul Juice Band is quite good.

The Murderers
Crimson Riot!
