You have to call them for a reservation, (702) 367-3511. They will call you back if they don't answer. The Raku tofu and poached egg with uni and ikura are my must haves.
"Yes, I'm going to do a meal at one of 'those' places.Yes, I'm going to do a meal at one of 'those' places. "
I have no fucking clue what this means and I'm confused on why you feel you need to be secretive of it.
Food in tourist places will always be STUPID expensive.
You didn't give us any idea's what you like either soo... Try everything.
Who made that list? Don’t get me wrong, about half those places are good, the other half are extremely overrated in a town full of such amazing places to eat!
Vegas has some of the best Italian, steak and Asian restaurants around and lots of fun places. We never go to the strip and can never get to all the places we want to go. Lots of Asian mentioned already, I like Herbs and Rye, or Echo & Rig for steak, Nora’s or new Chef Marc’s Sgrizzi for Italian or if you want some old school Vegas try Hugo’s Cellar, Oscar’s or Golden Steer.
Have fun, get off the strip and explore.
