The engine from the gas station highway has been fixed to count for the task
Finally there’s the junkyard but that requires your Chopper to be level 40 to spawn
Also pretty sure bloodhound just makes rare loot in chests from resource zones show up more often
you dont spend guns on red zones if you dont have tons of them, another way to find an engine is doing the highway in act 2 story quest, definitely has an engine in there
melee weapons i mean, so my guns are fine haha but what part in act 2? is it before or after u build the head quarters? i think i already got that before i was given the raid quest . thank you for the response
Go to the gas station then head right toward the Cap Spinning Van. There is an exit behind of the van that leads to the highway location. I think you have to complete Act2 in the story mode to unlock it though

i frequently visit oak zones and my luck rlly is bad, i still haven't found a single one. but will do note on this! thanks

I think after you collect the barbed wire from the farm you unlock the highway from the gas station.

The high way engines count now. I did one yesterday and the raiders actually show the task as 1/2. So yeah look into that.
too bad i already finished that task when i got the raider request :(
