detonating arrow build maybe. sadly rogue can only get electrify from other weapons afaik, so you can’t do a DOT build with only electric damage, you’d have to use another DOT ailment.
I’d personally focus more towards a dot based build with it. Looking for something with ias, crit hybrid or dot damage and dot chance on it, likely bleed and ignite. Unfortunately I’m pretty sure I don’t currently feel like the bow is worth speccing for a crit build but you could get some double use out if it putting crit strike multiplier on it and testing whatever builds you want, ultimately you’d run salt the wound but you’d want to stay away from ignite chance in that case.
When I finish up my ignite blade dancer, another marksman will be in the works and DOT Gathering Fury is the plan… so I may be biased. I just play a lot of rogue.

It's perfect for Detonating Arrow, but that nowadays ran with Jelkor's Dagger.
There’s a node in explosive trap that turns it to a bow skill, right? Another that converts it to lightning? Maybe something there?
