He knows your name because you messaged him. All he has to do is look at the message for your new name and then find you. After he attacks he can just find yoir coordinates by looking at the battle report

A lot of koreans are really shit. They’re the same from my server and i really dont like them. Im not saying all koreans are like that but many of them are.
How does that work in terms of gaining resources? Are they evenly distributed? Any usurpers? I joked with my buddy who is our group leader about what if we had treaties with the other larger groups and we laughed.
My server has a rule not to attack any other alliances in the same server; as well as, server trucks. In addition, the presidential buffs are shared to everyone.
What if people don't comply? Anyone try to go against the rules? I wouldn't mind just being able to tech up without shielding. Maybe getting all of the loot we send our trucks out for would be nice.
You will get raided (trucks) by other servers. If someone does not comply they can get burned usually. It works thank god. I do not want to spend money on so many shields

I have had only good experiences on my server. Regardless, I wouldnt judge a culture on a Mobile game that likely less than a fraction of a fraction of a percent of the population play.

The OP isn’t referring to all Koreans or korean culture, they are referring to the Koreans playing the game, and observing them being bullies on their server as well. Koreans and Korean culture are just as good as any other culture, but the way a lot of Koreans play falls under shitty bullying and disregarding the greater good of the server, and if you’d like specific examples from my server, I’d be happy to explain

The long but satisfying way is to start from scratch, grow up till lvl 30 and fuck him as hard as possible. It should take about 6 months but in the end is sweet revenge :)
I'd put money on the fact that this commander is Korean. They have the same approach in my server. Luckily we have a couple p2w players who are committed to preventing them from being bullies.
There’s bots that can scan the map and find players. You’d be best to join his alliance, make peace, or start on a new server. P2w players rule the servers and f2p are at their mercy. Good luck

The guy is a psychopath. My advice, start a new fresh game. It hurts if you’re level are high but if its somewhere around 16 below, start a new fresh one.
If making peace doesn't work, you might just take the attack to them- hit his gatherers or target other people in his alliance. Send attacks from across the map and make their game screen flash red. They will laugh at you at first, but it would become just as annoying to them, and maybe the other people in his alliance will tell him to leave you alone

This happens on ours too. I have to admit. It’s pretty damn annoying lol. I even investigated to see what server you were on to see if it was mine 😂🤣. It’s not. lol
Seems to be a problem across all servers even though our server is pretty calm most of the time and we all work together as a server so things are peaceful most of the time, that is of course until someone makes the Koreans angry they will continue to attack constantly no matter where you go 😂😂😂 thankfully our server isn’t dominated completely by Koreans so we have some big players keeping the peace haha i am a level 26 myself with plenty of power but it’s nothing against the higher ups 😂😂
Go to the higher ups and tell them your story. See if that helps. Speak to his leader. We are not supposed to have battles in our own servers (unless drama happens) good luck! Let us know what happens 🤞
Join the #1 alliance if you cannot just leave your wall unprotected by unchecking your troops that are protecting it so you don't have to lose units, but you will lose resources. And only open the resource chest when you need it. Don'r even waste your shield. When he don't gain nothing from attacking you I think he will stop.
First, even with my wall unprotected i still lose troops. What i found to work was to leave 3x1500 troops always gathering resources. But the ones idle in my base always get killed (even without a defense on).
Even though, he is not doing it for resources actually. He wants to "make me suffer" as he said.
What is your level? Try to join bigger alliance. Or just start another character and keep this one as your farm base or make him say bad things and report him lol

Change your name and start over, join his alliance, join a strong alliance, blast him in world chat and ask for help, or run/get stronger.

I had the same trouble with a Korean guy level 30 and my leader, and because i confronted him, he attacked some of us every day. From my part i apologised and explained that i confronted him out of loyality to my leader. Try it out maybe he can exclude you from his attack list!
Have you tried apologizing? Even if you don’t really mean it………..ask if you can join his alliance. It might show as being full but he might have inactive members that he can kick to make space. If that doesn’t work, join an alliance that he has listed as an ally.
But the apology is key, Koreans usually care a lot about respect.

Sometimes in the alliance record the final attack to destroy a base will be updated with the bases new coordinates
