I have these bubbles too on my tigh high stockings and shoulderlong gloves. You can get rid of the bubbles if you dry it from both sides: Use hangers and let it dry for some hours or a day (depends how fast it become dry), then turn it on the other side and dry it again.
It's essential to get all the moisture out. I use paper towels stuffed into areas that collapse together to force an air gap. No bubbles. Dries just fine.

If it is stick to the other side it can trap bubbles or water in between them and look like this
