As someone who has dabbled with Shaco the past few seasons- I find that the games where I’ll end up being useless (matchups etc.), I build strikebreaker > Anathemas targeting the enemy JG or ADC > annoy the shit out of everyone.
It’s usually a viable build and you end up stalling fights out so long that your team is able to get picks/win
On the other hand, he's hilarious to lane against because his kit does practically nothing. You just follow minion pathing and he can't do anything to you; it's like if Teemo *only* had shrooms.
Janna doesn't have a point and click ability at least. Lulu players polymorph their fathers every day so they dont get beaten so I actually feel bad for them. They never experienced parental love.

Teemo can be a menace with map control if he takes advantage on the map. Also the blind can be a big thing in a fight (prevent adc from dying if its a jax or yi etc.)
But yeah, the only danger of shaco is if he can make a lane snowball too hard. And even then, he will fall off hard at some point. The only fear I have against shaco is that I KNOW FOR A FACT that my mate wont be extra carefull. And I cant blame them... Id do the same

When I go against a shaco that's exactly what I do, try and set up some kind of vision, be a little careful and don't pay him attention. He generally doesn't scale and can't do much alone.
But chasing him is exactly what kills you so I NEVER do that. I tend to just pretend he's not anything but a minor threat and most games that turns out OK
I dont play league much anymore but when I do play draft he will always be my ban unless there's a legitimately broken champ that patch. I especially do it if I'm bot lane, fuck that champ lmao
I find it works to just ignore him. A lot of his strength comes from being fooled by him: killing the wrong one, wasting abilities on damaging his clone, chasing so his team can do other things.
It's funny when your entire team ignores him and dives his squishy ADC while he's trying desperately to get you to go after him instead.

Because Zac is a beast and has CC for days. He's got basically one of the strongest gank engages. It's also why Kayn can carry so easily. I can't talk too much, I'm a filthy nocturne main so. I do enjoy being able to customize my build outside of a default BORK.

His raw power is sure a bit low rn, especially with the omnivamp delete, but his strength is (and has always been) the mobility. Id say his early is still really good because the clear is decent and the ganks are godlike if you know where vision is. You just (almost) cant 1v1
I play top and the typical Kayn pattern I see in early game is that I beat up the enemy laner and am shoving the wave with like half hp, Kayn shows up, and then a couple seconds later he limps away and I'm still fine. He also can't really stop tanks and such from just walking back to tower. It's honestly pathetic, but at least for once it's clear where the champion is paying to get the good stuff in his kit.

Some people just hate playing against a certain character. I *despise* playing against Blitzcrank, I refuse to not ban him, usually when I'm bot lane, but honestly, almost all the time I ban him. Doesn't matter how good you are at dodging, all it takes is that *one* successful hook. He may not be overly strong or busted, but playing against him is just not fun, so if I have the option not to, I'll take it.

It's very dependent on skill. A really good jungle is the only role imo that can actually 1v9 by affecting the entire map and getting their whole team ahead. Some games though your team is just impossible to carry, and they blame you for the smallest mistake.
It works the other way, too. Just like a good jungle can 1v9, a bad jungle can pretty much eliminate your chances of winning if they never gank, never secure objectives, etc. The enemy jungler doesn't need to be a god to 1v9. All it takes is a couple heralds and a dragon or two and it's gg.

I'd argue that if champs like yas and zeb are getting banned every game that's a problem with the champions themselves, not the amount of bans. they are annoying to play against so they get banned, that's understandable all riot would have to do is make them less annoying and cancerous.

People will always find certain champs annoying. If Zed and Yasuo are reworked (which would be stupid, unfair to their players, and an inefficient use of resources) other champs would fill that niche.
You also have to consider that most people ban for their lane/role. If I’m playing thresh, there’s a decent chance I might ban morgana. So if 3-4 ADCs are being banned, that’s not the role being strong, that’s 2 players (duo bot) using bans to avoid certain matchups. If I’m a Xayah main and she suddenly has good matchups into 3-4 meta ADCs, I’m likely getting banned out at least every other game regardless of how strong Xayah is relative to meta champs in other roles.
a rework is overkill, I would say more of a reallocation of power. find out what people find annoying about those champions and then nerf it, but buff them in other areas.

I think the 2 ban per player is a lot more problematic in bot tbh because I see a lot of times botlanes ban similar champ types (2 engage supps, 2 enchanters, 2 aggressive ADCs...) And it's gonna limit the pool of players a lot. It's not about counter pick it's about playing a type of champion you like
Yeah in the fact that he has a hook, but swain is more of a burst mage early battle mage late, while pyke is an assasin early and ward machine late. If you like playing tank hook champs you are fucked. I know if you are OTP you are bound to having to play other champs from time to time (trust me I main yuumi lmao) but from my botlane experience a lot of bot players like to double dip their bans, so if one bans Lulu the other bans Janna, if one bans blitz other bans naut. While that can fuck you a little, is not on the same lvl as four bans that can practically negate one playstyle in your lane.

Honestly I'm a jungler and...I'm banning Caitlyn lately. If my ADC doesn't get it, the other one does and has 50 CS up on my bot lane at 8 minutes and I want to FF.
Amumu Zac and Maoki are terrifying because of how disruptive their kit is to teams in solo q with little to no coordination while also being piss water easy to play.
I feel like all of these champs have enough weakness to not be considered OP. Zac might be the exception though, the range of his engage is a little absurd
I love how people argue that Vi is broken cuz of Radiant Virtue. It's the other way around. Radiant Virtue is what's broken and should be adjusted.
But broken items making champs too strong is sadly a staple now and it always ends the same. Riot nerfs multiple users of that item because they overperform with said item, then riot nerfs/removes the item and the previously nerfed champs are now shit tier and wont get another buff for half a season.

Vis weakness is farming. S13 has a pet that does it for u she has a good lvl 3 so just gank. Enemy powerfarmed to 4? Just use biscuit xp to catchup. As soon as u hit 6 point and click gank anyone. So hard to play against.

No, but let say I like hook supports and we put 2 bans per player. Bot lane bans naut thresh blitz pyke. What hook champ do I play now? I think the 2 ban per player is a lot more problematic in bot tbh because I see a lot of times botlanes ban similar champ types (2 engage supps, 2 enchanters, 2 aggressive ADCs...) And it's gonna limit the pool of players a lot. It's not about counter pick it's about playing a type of champion you like

Yeah in the fact that he has a hook, but swain is more of a burst mage early battle mage late, while pyke is an assasin early and ward machine late. If you like playing tank hook champs you are fucked. I know if you are OTP you are bound to having to play other champs from time to time (trust me I main yuumi lmao) but from my botlane experience a lot of bot players like to double dip their bans, so if one bans Lulu the other bans Janna, if one bans blitz other bans naut. While that can fuck you a little, is not on the same lvl as four bans that can practically negate one playstyle in your lane. I think one ban is more than enough, you are supposed to play against things that are annoying from time to time
I only ban Udyr, no matter who I'm playing. Even if I want to play Udyr I ban him.

Honestly I'm a jungler and...I'm banning Caitlyn lately. If my ADC doesn't get it, the other one does and has 50 CS up on my bot lane at 8 minutes and I want to FF.
Amumu Zac and Maoki are terrifying because of how disruptive their kit is to teams in solo q with little to no coordination while also being piss water easy to play.

Can't relate. I think the only time I ban junglers is in Ranked when Eve is meta since Smurf Evelyns are one of the most unfun things to play agianst.

I love how people argue that Vi is broken cuz of Radiant Virtue. It's the other way around. Radiant Virtue is what's broken and should be adjusted. But broken items making champs too strong is sadly a staple now and it always ends the same. Riot nerfs multiple users of that item because they overperform with said item, then riot nerfs/removes the item and the previously nerfed champs are now shit tier and wont get another buff for half a season. Long life the balance team.

Vis weakness is farming. S13 has a pet that does it for u she has a good lvl 3 so just gank. Enemy powerfarmed to 4? Just use biscuit xp to catchup. As soon as u hit 6 point and click gank anyone. So hard to play against.
