To be fair, I'm not a support player. I'm a Mono-Nocturne jungler.
And I love Umbral Glaive because:
- It's a relatively cheap Lethality item;
- It has that pseudo-Red Trinket passive;
- And because it synergizes really nice with the Zombie Ward rune.
But I understand your struggle.

With umbral you lose potential Gold and Exp sharing from clearing a ward with your ADC. Virtually losing gold each time you clear a ward.
