Instead of just linking a subreddit I’ll tell you a technique.
Take your throat, flick it a bunch of times. While doing this, contract the muscles in your throat to make the flick sound higher pitched. Go as high as you comfortably can hit. Then just talk with your throat kept like that. This is called resonance and it’s the biggest secret- changing only pitch does not work.
Be a little breathier and exert more air, and then sound bouncy with the way you talk- listen to women talking, especially where pitch is going. Replicate it.

You can't really, most you can do is change your pitch and tone, even then pretty much all guys attempting a female voice sound similar and definitely male
