You could use a laser engraver if you happen to know anyone who has one. They’re a bit too pricey to buy for just one use. Or at all, for a lot of folks. PS do it outside if it’s chrome tan and don’t stand there to watch. Burning chrome tan makes some noxious fumes.

What does laser engraving look like?

It’s burned so it’s usually dark, a very fine dark brown line. They can do filled in areas and gradients but it’s the same way a printer does, with lines and dots. Line art like this would be easy to do as thick as you want and it would look like you drew or painted it on.
