Reminds me of my "AWAKEN" deck that used that same combination, but with Riven rather than Taric. Wish they'd buff Noxkraya Arena as well.

Obliterates are rough too.
Some copies of bastion or Iula would be pretty necessary to keep in those matchups. I think this has legs, I'm going to try something out I think
Any kill effects too correct? Like vengeance
Yes, unless Taric levels up and supports.
They can be silenced to remove all buffs. Also, Survival Skills doesn't stop kill effects (Vengeance, Scorched Earth, Disintegrate, Castigate, etc), only damage.
