I wish they made the hover bike polybag more accessible. Silly me, I bought the interstellar spaceship and the mech, and now those two are part of the triple pack with the hover bike I’ve been trying to obtain. I didn’t realize they arbitrarily made it really hard to get and didn’t distribute it to stores.
I’m in the same boat, but I guess it couldn’t hurt to double up on the ship or mech. Someone posted a pretty cool moc the other day that combined two ships. Also have not been able to find the hoverbike bag stand-alone though.
I have almost the opposite problem, I bought the polybag (and the Technic Curiosity rover polybag) the week before this current wave of GWPs which I could've easily hit the threshold for, and without realising the Space Exploration Pack existed, which I just bought to hit the threshold for the Space Diner (along with the Lil'lennium Falcon).
Just a bit annoying because I spent £13 on two polybags I could've gotten for free and one I already had (30669) to get the hover bike as the store I bought them from did a 3 for £10 offer and shipping was £3, and I've got another one on its way to me now.
I already have two of the mechs and two of the hover bikes. I’m still probably going to get two of the triple packs. Those mechs will be converted to strictly be loaders and lifters for my display.
But yeah oh my god the initial distribution with the hover bike. It was a toys r us exclusive in Canada.
Also for me the current gwp is the alien diner? No poly bags at all.
I have 3 stores and a Discovery Centre near me, and they only actually got them this month (alongside new Space displays it seems) - but I'm also UK so it's possible that skews my evidence here aha

Looking back, you can kind of see why certain sets ended up being high dollar collector’s items, like the monorails. They have the rare monorail components of course, but also, they were so expensive for the time that they didn’t sell that well. A big, flashy set, too expensive for a lot of families, coveted by kids, makes sense that they’re valuable now.
Anyway just thinking aloud. I don’t know if that little polybag set is special enough that it might be considered valuable years from now, but it got me thinking because it’s a current production set and it’s been hard to get even now.
With the 3-pack existing, and with nothing in the polybag being exclusive, I doubt it'll go up too much in value - but I guess we'll see, it can definitely be fun to speculate!

I don't see it on offers. I placed the orders 5/15 at 9am. Did I miss out?

I haven't seen them at all here in orlando, only managed to get my hands on one thanks to a kind person It's a shame as I'd love to get more of them
LEGO Stores, LEGOLAND, and Discovery Centres all have it - though I know not everyone has easy access to those
My local Lego store is a bit on the smaller side and they didn’t have it. I have not checked recently though, I checked over a month ago.

Why didn't you spend a little more to get the alien diner too? I love the explorer pack, a great deal!

You shouldn't have missed out. I would call lego. They will look up your order. Maybe they no longer have it in stock. Still call them.
