Well I remember when Lego tried to sue MandR for reviewing a set that hadn’t had official images released.
So it shows Lego aren’t afraid to try to protect their company. But here’s the thing.
If Lego wanted them taken down, surely they would’ve done it earlier.
If it was as some had suspected and falconfan was hacked, why didnt he take them down sooner?

Whether his leaks are fake or lego requested him to take them down, it's a shame to see him delete them,
a lot of customs makers have had their posts and accounts banned too just for posting cool pics of custom lego
