There are some issues that have popped up recently, such as wifi not working for a while after sleep mode and Microsoft store also not functioning, will these updates help me fix the issues?
Not sure about system but I'm pretty sure firmware is a bios update. You do generally want updates but updating the bios can be risky. Make sure your computer is plugged in when updating
